    Really good food at a good price. Don't sleep on the wraps. Only bummer is that they don't deliver to the Heights.

    My go to place for fast food Chinese. Food is good and flavorful.

    Good place if your just ordering in and chilling with Netflix..

    The business owner replied my previous review and blame on me that "as an asian" i don't know the different between egg roll or spring roll!

    Now get me even more not wanting to go back and give them a chance, because clearly i ordered Spring rolls and i don't know how i get an egg roll!
    The point is: no matter what the name is the roll is, it is RAW and UNCOOKED!

    I am completely unimpressed with the customer service even moreso now that I have read your reply and comments on other peoples reviews yoo. I was told the price of my order and it did not match the prices online. The person that I spoke with yelled at me instead of correcting it. She then told me to just order online and hung up on me. Nothing makes it okay to treat a customer like that, I ordered somewhere else! Completely disappointed about this experience at Lo Fatt Chow. Will not be ordering from here again any time soon.
    Edit post reply- I don't expect you to change your price for me, but I should be able to confirm the breakdown of my order in terms of pricing without being insulted. I don't expect to be yelled that when I'm ordering my dinner either or hung up on by any business.

    Good Chinese food! Iv heard a lot of good reviews and compliments from this place so I had to try.
    I got the scallion pancake- average
    The spicy Szechuan wontons - delicious
    General tso- good
    Egg roll - delicious
    White rice - dry
    Overall Very good though. A pain they don't deliver one town over but I would order again. If you are skeptical on Chinese, this place can surely make you a believer
